Talk about a party! It wouldn't have been complete without the waterslide from AstroJump. Jack and his team had great communication and they set up and tear down in minutes. The kids were busy all day while the parents were able to socialize and not be interrupted. If you are thinking twice about getting a jump house or waterslide, think no further. This is a great investment for any party or gathering!

When I was trying to decide what was best the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to book and I liked the email reminder. I also appreciated the flexibility with letting us decide the day of what items we can fit in our venue. The obstacle course was so much fun! Kids and adults enjoyed it. I really appreciated that they vacuumed and sanitized the obstacle course when they dropped it off.

They were on time for pick up and made it a hassle free for me. I was able to focus on other things while they took down their equipment. Would totally rent equipment from them in the future!!

Keith showed up on time to install the slide and went the extra mile to make sure that we understood everything about the equipment. He was friendly, professional, engaged with my son, and all around a pleasure to work with. The slides worked perfectly. We ended up not using the snow cone machine too much, but it worked as expected. The two young men and Jack showed up on time to take down the equipment, did not cause any damage to the backyard and were done in a timely manner. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Jack and his crew.

He also came back on time to dismantle the equipment and take back on time. We need 2 big jumphouses next time like the big one you had at our event. The smaller one wasn't enough. Astro Jump is an awesome company to work with. They are quick and efficient with setting up. They were super great to work with, they get back to you very quickly. Very compatible to the customer needs especially to ours. We order for a church with the intent of over 200 people using them. They are sustainable and really reasonable price. One of things I appreciated the most was the clean up of things. We ordered the popcorn and cotton candy machine, both worked phenomenul and a great benefit to renting them was that we didn't have to worry about that yucky clean up. We have used Astro Jump for several of our events and they impress me more and more each time. I am definitely going to be continuing to work with them for all of our future events.
