While it’s only March and you don’t need to have your guest list or your menu finalized yet, it’s time to pick your date and your activities.

June is an extremely busy time for party rental companies across the country.  Almost every high school and college graduate will be having a graduation party and the weather has finally turned hot- hot enough to break out the water slides!

If you’re planning a party for June, act now.

1. The type of party you are having. -High School graduation (lots of teenagers who need to be occupied) or a small birthday party with family and friends?

 2. Decide on the date and approximate time of your party. -Evening or afternoon start time?

3. Decide on your activities -Is it just a laid back barbecue or a party with inflatable water slides and bounce houses?

4. Think about seating -Last year, did you have the same party with not enough chairs or tables for your guests? Then, you may want to consider renting tables and chairs this year.

While it may seem early to start planning a party for June, you don’t want to be panicking and scrambling in the middle of May when everyone else has reserved their equipment and there is only a limited selection left for you!
