So thankful for Astro Jump!! We waited until the last minute to book an inflatable for my granddaughter's birthday party. I called the day before the party, thinking it was going to be to late. Astro Jump was recommended to me by my coworker and the service was flawless. 10/10 beginning to end. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I placed an inquiry online. I called the very next day and secured a bounce house. They took a deposit over the phone and the rest to be paid the day prior to the event. The associate was able to use an aerial view of my home to ensure the size was appropriate. The day of the party, I got a call for a setup time that was well before the party. Then another call for breakdown. I love how communicative this business is. I will use again next month for my son’s party.

I always use Astro Jump for all my fun event rental needs. They allow me lots of space and time to get me event set up and I do not always have to wait for them to come back to pick up their equipment. Their prices are reasonable and they provide all of the set up and take down. They provide quality merchandise with all of the accessories to go with that equipment. I don’t call anyone else. Their staff confirms my rental before each events and that gives me peace of mind.

Choosing Astro Jump® to provide the dunk tank for our school event was the best decision! Doug and Brandy were awesome to work with and communication was great. I felt like Brandy went above and beyond when she texted me pictures of the new dunk tank when they received it. When I told them I wanted to have a fun event, they guaranteed this would make it a hit -- and they were right. Tony, who delivered, set-up and picked up, was very professional and helpful. Where to begin? My Grandson turned 4 this past Saturday, July 22 and I wanted to have a memorable birthday for him, his brothers, cousins and friends. After researching rentals in the area I called Astro Jump and was immediately at ease with my choice. They were so pleasant and seemed to be just excited about the party as I was! I decided to rent just a water slide with the pool and opted to rent for the entire day...it was only $25.00 extra! Later in the week I received a call that unfortunately their warehouse had been broken into and the slide I had reserved was one of the items stolen...instant devastation on my part. In the next breath Ms. Elizabeth informed me that they were giving me a FREE upgrade that would be a combo bounce house and water slide; this item is considerably more than what I had chosen! I was told that Jeff would be there Saturday morning at 9 to set up and return at 7 pm to dismantle it. Fast Forward to Saturday morning: Jeff was there at EXACTLY 9 am; scoped out the area for set up and was done in approximately 45 minutes. He was so nice and helpful! By time we had the little pool filled it was about 10:15 am; we ushered the boys out and revealed the BIG BIRTHDAY SURPRISE! They were absolutely ecstatic....Little Kilian (the birthday boy) kept repeating "THIS IS AWESOME!" all day long. (and I do mean all day, they were STILL going strong when Jeff came to pick it up!) All the kids thought it was "the best birthday party ever!" The kids weren't the only ones having fun....all the adults took a slide or two...or more! The only downside is now some of the parents are a little mad at me because now their children want one for their birthday parties! (I gave them all your name and number). I wanted to have an enjoyable and memorable gift for my grandsons; presents get broken and in a week they hardly remember who gave it to them....they will always have this memory....and that of Grandma and Poppa sliding down the water slide! Rest assured, I will be contacting you again for future rentals....YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

We rented a 20 ft dual lane water slide for my son's birthday and everyone (including adults) loved it so much. The delivery and set up was smooth and they were on time and set up before the party even started. We would definitely recommend Astrojump to any friends/family in the future. This is the 3rd time I have rented an inflatable from Astro Jump. We have had nothing but good service from them. The receptionist if very friendly and very helpful in choosing the right inflatable for your needs. They are always on time with delivery. They do everything for you. Delivery guys are friendly. This time we rented a game and a snow cone machine in addition to the inflatable. Snow cone machine was almost as popular as the inflatable! I would highly recommend them!

I rented a bounce house/slide for my son's 4th birthday and it was a HUGE hit with the kids (and some of the adults). We had planned all these other activities for the birthday and ended up not doing any of them because no one wanted to stop bouncing and sliding! Every part of the experience from ordering (Brandy) to delivery and setup (Jonathan) was professionally handled. The price was fair and the quality (and cleanliness) of the inflatable was great. I can't wait to rent for his birthday again next year.

I rented the Hungry Hippo bouncy game for my daughter's Sweet Sixteen. I got a little worried when the bouncy had not been delivered by 12:45 and the party started at 1. When I had called to see where the bouncy was they had no record of the reservation. Once I had explained I had a email confirmation along with already paid my deposit. They had it out to the party very quickly. Mistakes/oversights happen. I am very pleased with the service and how they handled getting the bouncy to the party within 35 minutes of the call. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone. The kids of all ages that attended the party loved it and had a blast.

We recently used the Sports 4-in-1 inflatable at our son's second birthday party. This inflatable was a big hit for all involved! The children enjoyed the different components (bounce house, slide, and basketball rim), and the parents were at ease knowing the inflatable was stable and safe. AstroJump of Chattanooga provided inflatables for Bright School's "Make A Splash" celebration, and the successful event exceeded our expectations. With a split family I was concerned my step-children wouldn't get to enjoy the blow-up slide since they'd be gone for the weekend of the party. I shared this with AstroJump, and since they didn't have a reservation for the slide the following Monday they waited to pick up the slide! The children were so excited!

It was my first time to rent a bounce house but will not be the last. It was great to have a place for the kids to play and the adults be able to enjoy time together but the 'adults' got out there and enjoyed it also. They set up, took down, it was an EASY good time.
