Astro Jump was amazing. They were extremely helpful when figuring out if my yard would fit the bounce house given the spacing and slopes. They followed up the day before with delivery time, delivered promptly when they said they would and the delivery driver was very friendly. We had the bounce house all day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others in the future.

From start to finish, our experience with Astro Jump was top notch. Shannon was so responsive and informative throughout the reservation and planning stages and Desmond was right on time, informative, and professional during the drop off and set up. I rented the BIG KAHUNA For my Son's 7th birthday party. It was so much FUN! The kids to big kids aka the adults had a great time! Everyone from Shannon on email and on the phone to the guy who dropped it off and the guys who picked it up were so professional and very kind. Everyone was very helpful. We are extremely happy with their service and are considering doing another rental next month for my sisters 15th birthday! Thank you guys for lighting up our summer!!!

This is our 2nd year using Astro Jump. Very pleased with customer service and cleanliness of the unit. I organize our company picnic every September, where our employees are invited to bring their families. The kids LOVE the Adrenaline Rush. Coming from someone that used to own their own jump house, I can tell you Astro Jumps units are very clean when they arrive. Set up is always early and take down is well after the party is over. This was the second year we used Astro jump for July 4th. They have great prices for the amount of time you get to keep the moon bounce. I can't remember the guys name that dropped and picked up the moon bounce but he was really nice. Everyone I have dealt with last year and this year have all been really nice. I will continue to use them for our parties

We have been using Astro Jump for our events for 10 years. They are always helpful and accommodating when booking. The prices are more than reasonable. They are always on time with pick-up and drop off. Delivery and pick up need to work around our bus schedule and they have always made it work. I don't think the words "we can't do that" are in their vocabulary. The staff who deliver and pick up the equipment are polite professional and efficient. We have never had had any problems over the many years and events we have used them. The equipment is always clean and in great shape. We will continue to use Astro Jump and future events. We wouldn't look anywhere else because I don't know how anyone could do better!

I cannot thank astro-jump enough for making my daughter's 3rd birthday a delight! Everyone I spoke to (over the phone AND the day of the party) was extremely professional and accommodating! The delivery and pick-up of our Carnival-themed bounce house was quick and easy.
