This bounce house was perfect for my son's Star Wars themed 5th birthday party! We were SO pleased with our rental and Jubilee Jumps experience! Communication leading up to the event was prompt and clear, delivery and set-up were timely and efficient, and the bounce house itself was in great condition and perfectly sized. We felt the cost of the rental was excellent, particularly for the length of time you get the bounce house and the experience it gave our guests. Customer service and tear down at clean-up were exceptional. We would use Jubilee Jumps again in a heartbeat!

Our kids had such a blast and your employee was so sweet with my daughter and let her help set up the castle. You're flexibility on which day we went with was crucial with a heavy rain weekend and allowing us to use the castle even if it rained was so helpful since my daughter's heart would have been broken if we couldn't set it up if there was a chance of rain. Other companies would have said no so many times and likely charged us to boot. You're group had a ton of selection we got the castle we wanted and had so much fun, we didn't have to have the set up overnight and you were way more affordable than the competition. I have already recommended you to my parent group! Thank you thank you thank you for making my daughter's first big birthday bash a hit!

Jubilee Jumps was fantastic! I was debating between a few other companies- once I called and spoke with Dominic he automatically sealed the deal for my family and I to rent with them. From customer service, all the way to pick and delivery, the entire Jubilee Jumps team was spot on. They were quick, clean, professional and above all, they were super personable. If anyone is debating between them and someone else-go with Jubilee one time so next time it wont even be a thought!

Had a great experience. Dominic was super responsive by email and phone. Everything went super smoothly and communication was great. Loved the convenience of having someone come set it up and take it away from the picnic site at the park where we had our party. The person who set it up was efficient, clear with instructions, and the jumpy was clean and great quality. I didn't have to do a thing. Mostly babies and toddlers used it and had nothing but praises from the parents at our party. It was the most popular party attraction. Would definitely recommend and use it again. Completely Satisfied, had to switch the part that had story because they found out morning of it was damaged. but Reggie called me ahead of time and gave me other options. I was grateful he checked and didn't come with it damaged. I was really impressed with Reggie skills backing down our driveway when picking up the jumpy, having to navigate in the dark around people and our food truck. Thank you!

I decided the day before my daughters birthday party that due to the high temperatures I would see if anyone had a water slide available for rent. I submitted an online form for a quote and quickly received a phone call. Greg, the man who called me was very helpful and very friendly. After just a few minutes we decided on a slide which was available the very next day and I had an email contract in my inbox to sign and return. Process was so easy. On the day of the party Reggie our delivery person showed up with the slide and set it up. He was also very friendly! He got the slide ready for the kids very quickly. We have never had anything at a birthday party that the kids have enjoyed quite as much as they enjoyed our water-slide yesterday. We will definitely use this company again!!

While I was “not satisfied” with the unit I initially rented due to some unforeseen cleanliness issues, the delivery guy Reggie offered to go back to the warehouse and get a different unit and was back within the hour just before my grand daughter birthday party was about to start. Reggie is a valuable employee of Jubilee Jumps, I was very appreciative for his willingness (without me having to ask) to make it right. Upon his return and setting up of the new unit, he told me Greg was also wanting to compensate me for a portion of the rental. Jubilee Jumps takes care of their customers! I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a party jump!
