When Thomas and Orlando showed up with the slide, we connected a hose only to discover that our main source of water at the field had been turned off for the summer. Thomas and Orlando were patient as we scrambled to find an alternative source. Eventually, we were able to get what we needed. In the stress of that, I was grateful to not feel added stress by having disgruntled delivery guys. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We'll be back.

Drop off and pickup went great. Could not be home, so Larry texted me instructions and pictures. He also made sure to let me know about potential adverse wind conditions and how it affected the jump, which was very important and helpful. Larry also ended up setting up the jump in a location that was preferred after getting a chance to survey the location in-person at drop off. Tonya has always been great to communicate with and we always try to refer the company to friends and family.

We used Astro Jump back in June 2016 for a dunk tank and they were on time, helped set it up, and on time to pick it up. Fair priced and very friendly....so of course when we needed to rent chairs for an event this week, I called them. It was a last minute request but they accommodated and were happy to help us out. These are all work related events and as the assistant to the CEO I gather a list of "good vendors" to go to when planning our events, they have made our list. I called this office to rent a bouncy for my daughters birthday party. She was turning 10 and we were worried the bouncy house idea was a bit juvenile and would be more for the little kids who would be there. Tonya helped me find one that would cater to all the kids. Some as old as 16!! We settled on a combo bouncy. This allowed some kids to bounce, some to slide, and some to play basketball. ALL THIS CONTAINED WITHIN THE BOUNCY!! The entire experience with this office was POSITIVE and EASY!! From calling in to reserve, to the drivers who dropped off and picked up. Everyone was very professional and friendly!!

Astro Jump is an AMAZING and WONDERFUL vendor! From the very first phone call, and quote they were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, provided suggestions and alternatives, and helped with a contingency plan "just in case" the weather didn't cooperate. From the first moment I dealt with them, they made me feel comfortable. Delivery was on time, clean, and professional. Pickup was the same! Billing was accurate. Astro Jump is FANTASTIC!! We recently had a large bounce castle scheduled for a member social at our swim tennis club. The weather turned bad and we had to move this rather large event indoors. Astro Jump worked with us to substitute a spin art machine and Pop-a-shot inflatable that could be used inside. The kids loved these and the adults were happy! I absolutely love this company! The staff and service are second to none, and that's no joke. The owner himself has called and thanked me and also following up on my rental. Their selection is huge on options and with four kids that can come in handy, they all like something different there. We've rented from them several times and they also mail a thank you letter with some coupons each time, who said customer service is dead! Seriously, I'm very happy with my transactions with them every time, we'll be a customer for life. Give them a try and I bet you'll be too!
