Measure your space - Our customer service staff is excellent at helping you choose the perfect inflatable that will not only fit your needs, but your space as well. Make note if you plan on placing your item on concrete/grass/etc. Know where the closest electrical/power source is located. Plan on having a clear path from where you prefer our delivery team to park their vehicle to the space where your inflatable will be set up. These details will help assist in guaranteeing a smooth timely experience.
Safety - All of our equipment is built to be safe and reliable. We pride ourselves on our safety record and the precautions we take to avoid mishaps. Upon delivery you will receive a copy of the equipment rules. It is essential that the rules are understood and followed for each piece of equipment. Upon making your reservation, our Astro Jump representative will be happy to review any questions you may have regarding the rules for your event piece.
Booking - The process is simple and fast. Give our offices a call during normal business hours, have your date and party times in hand as well as space information, theme ideas, equipment preferences; and we will help you figure out the rest!
