Take, for example, a large annual fundraising celebration we serve for a middle school in Santa Rosa. Their main goal is to bring as many community members together as possible to raise awareness and funds for a cause. Because of their strong focus on fundraising, they attract over 2,000 guests within just a few hours, ranging from toddlers to grandparents.

During the planning process, we carefully consider the demographics to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, has something to enjoy. At the end of the day, our goal is to create an experience where everyone can have fun, reconnect with their playful side,  remember what it feels like to be a kid again, but also make the event a seamless prep for the planning committee.

‘How Do You Do That?’

We work closely with event coordinators—whether that’s a school liaison, parent, administrator, or professional event planner—to develop a seamless, all-in-one experience from start to finish. Every detail is carefully curated to ensure engagement across all age groups.

For toddlers, we focus on fun and imagination with inflatable playgrounds and themed bounce houses. For teenagers—arguably the toughest group to entertain—we emphasize competition. This could mean a 60’-110’ obstacle course, our renowned Wipeout Challenge, or the massive 30’ x 50’ Adrenaline Rush Challenge.

And for the ‘older’ crowd—stay with me here—we incorporate inflatable games that blend accessibility with friendly competition. Think basketball shootouts, football tosses, or even an inflatable axe throw, creating a fun and interactive experience for all ages
