We recently rented a water slide from Sonoma County Astro Jump for our Summer Camp, and it was a fantastic decision! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, with friendly and professional staff guiding us through the options to find the perfect slide for our event. The water slide itself was in pristine condition and clearly well-maintained. It was colorful, sturdy, and provided endless fun for kids and adults alike. Setup was quick and efficient, with the delivery team arriving on time and ensuring everything was securely in place before leaving. The water slide was the perfect way to celebrate our last day of camp and the kids couldn’t get enough of it. The adults also enjoyed reliving their childhood memories with a few thrilling rides. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

Absolutely the best! Dominic and Reggie were both professional, responsive and kind. Reggie went above and beyond helping my husband take down and put up our outdoor lights. The bounce house was clean. It was perfect for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She is still talking about it!

Everything about doing business with Jubilee Jumps was outstanding! From answering all my questions, following up and an easy website to order/pay to amazing and personable customer service. Dominic was very friendly, prompt and considerate. Delivery and pick up were a breeze and Jose had great customer service. My son has sensory difficulties and they went above and beyond to drop off a little early and allow my son to explore the jumpy before guests arrived. The happiness and excitement of my son made our day! The jumpy went perfect with our Finding Nemo theme!

Our school's PTA was organizing a large-scale event with a dozen inflatable activities and the team at Jubilee Jumps was so supportive and helpful from start to finish. They helped us select the best activities, gave us numerous price quotes, worked within our budget, and helped with design/layout. Recently I was scrambling at the last minute to find a Bounce House rental because a competitor of there’s canceled on me last minute for my sons birthday party. Without Hesitation, the Jubilee Jumps team took care of me and delivered a super fresh/clean unit without even blinking an eye. We should’ve just used them in the first place. Since then, I have been referring Jubilee Jumps to everyone interested in a Bounce House rental around the Sonoma County Area! Love these guys.

Our kids had such a blast and your employee was so sweet with my daughter and let her "help set up the castle". Your flexibility on which day we went was crucial with a heavy rain weekend and allowing us to use the castle even if it rained was so helpful since my daughter's heart would have been broken if we couldn't set it up if there was a chance of rain. Other companies would have said no so many times and likely charged us to boot. Your group had a ton of selection. We got the castle we wanted and had so much fun, we didn't have to have the set up overnight and you were way more affordable than the competition. I have already recommended you to my parent group! The entire process from beginning to end was easy and well executed. I submitted a request online and Dominic was super responsive, informative, answered all my questions and was great in providing documentation that was required by the school. Communication was excellent all the way through. Delivery was smooth and Reggie was fantastic in showing us how to store, set up and use. and also prepped us on what was needed for pick up. He provided us with a contact number should any questions come up. Pick up was equally as easy. Jorge and his crew were efficient and friendly. It was a quality product. The most important part was the constant and timely communication and how easy the entire process was. I would definitely do business with Dominic again. Absolutely AMAZING TEAM!!! I cannot thank the team enough! My son was having his 8th birthday, his first real birthday with all of his friends. We had hired another company, they ended up not communicating with us and we were without a water slide... with it being over 90 plus degrees we NEEDED one super last minute. I called Dominic, let him know my situation. He had sent me a few slide to choose from. My son was set and stone of ONE exact water slide for him and his friends to enjoy. They MADE it happen, within a drop of a hat! The set up was a breeze, Billy was on time and even let our curious son help set up! The boys had an absolute BLAST. Even I went down it! Well... I was pushed in but the boys thought it was so funny! The biggest thing for me as a parent is communication. Knowing when the delivery person will arrive, how long it will take is extremely important to us. The fact that Billy texted us before he arrived with his ETA AND also contacted us before he picked up was HUGE for me! Dominic & Billy, thank you SO much for making our son's 8th birthday memorable.
