We have had great experiences with Jubilee Jumps for several years until COVID hit and we stopped. We run a program for families with children that have significant disabilities. Our program runs 8 times a year and we just reinstated the jump house for the first time since Covid ended. Astro Jumps has been totally reliable and arrive at their expected time. Friendly and helpful, they got it set up quickly and showed us the controls. Everyone who participated really enjoyed it and we are back to renting Jump Houses through Astro Jumps again for most of our events. They are strong, clean and well maintained. I give them a 10 out of 10!

Our kids had such a blast and your employee was so sweet with my daughter and let her "help set up the castle". Your flexibility on which day we went was crucial with a heavy rain weekend and allowing us to use the castle even if it rained was so helpful since my daughter's heart would have been broken if we couldn't set it up if there was a chance of rain. Other companies would have said no so many times and likely charged us to boot. Your group had a ton of selection. We got the castle we wanted and had so much fun, we didn't have to have the set up overnight and you were way more affordable than the competition. I have already recommended you to my parent group! Absolutely AMAZING TEAM!!! I cannot thank the team enough! My son was having his 8th birthday, his first real birthday with all of his friends. We had hired another company, they ended up not communicating with us and we were without a water slide... with it being over 90 plus degrees we NEEDED one super last minute. I called Dominic, let him know my situation. He had sent me a few slide to choose from. My son was set and stone of ONE exact water slide for him and his friends to enjoy. They MADE it happen, within a drop of a hat! The set up was a breeze, Billy was on time and even let our curious son help set up! The boys had an absolute BLAST. Even I went down it! Well... I was pushed in but the boys thought it was so funny! The biggest thing for me as a parent is communication. Knowing when the delivery person will arrive, how long it will take is extremely important to us.
