I rented the fantasy castle for a community block party I was hosting. Alex was very flexible allowing me to push back my set up time and he came about 15 min early to the time we switched it to. He was very nice, quick and efficient!! The children and adults absolutely loved the bounce house and we will definitely go with Astro Jump again for future parties, you can't beat their aford able prices! Thanks again!

We rented a 4n1 Bounce House for our daughter's 5th birthday party. I would use Astro Jump in the future and recommend to friends/family. They are very helpful in answering questions on the different products and options and informational in recommending the right product for you. The reservation process is so simple. They were punctual and got the house set up at the time they said as well as coming back to pick it up. The bounce house itself was clean and in good condition. Very pleased customer!

I engaged Astro Jump's bouncy house a second time recently for a party and got the same great experience that made me go back to them - they're easy to deal with for reservation (answered all my questions, in fact even provided guidance), they install and pickup on time and are professional at it! I will definitely consider themin the future.

We rented the mechanical bull. Staff who delivered and operated the bull were friendly, on-time and professional. The bull was a big hit for our teen and adult crowd. Astro Jump is a great company. Their products and staff are always a great addition to our parties!

We love Astro Jump! We have gotten a bounce house every year for our daughter's birthday for 3 years now. They always deliver early before the party starts. Kids and adults both love to jump and slide! I highly recommend Astro Jump for your next party!

This was our 1st big party we had about 20+ kids! The astro jump crew delivered the water slide ont time, no problem at all! The water slide fits our med. Size yard but the fun is enormous for the kids! This are mostly 8-9yrs old. Easly bored group! We planned all kinds of games but the kids just want to play on the water slide all day! Worth every penny! Will be renting again for next year! Thank you astro jump for the excellent service and water slide!

We had a GREAT company picnic with EXCALIBUR , a LARGE 5 STATION BOUNCE HOUSE. It was a no fuss, no worries parts of the event.Astrojump delivered and set up and took down on time. Kids LOVE a party with a large slide! You'll even have a hard time getting the adults off of it. I can't say enough about how great the guys are that come set it up and take it down. Very professional outfit!!

We have been renting the bounce houses for our granddaughters birthday for the past 6 years. They always arrive early and are very helpful and accomodating when setting up or tearing down. The whole party enjoys them and always can't wait for the next party... Great babysitter lol

We may know Astro Jump for their bouncy houses, but we recently had the knockdown challenge as well at our annual event and it was the best addition we could of had. The game was so intriguing that the people swarmed around to see what was going on, you could tell that everyone, whether they were playing or spectators were thoroughly enjoying themselves. The line eventually went all the way down our parking lot and then wrapped down around our sidewalk. This game is worth every penny and we will plan to have again at our next event.

Not only was our Bouncy House a huge success at our sons birthday party; Astro Jump Seattle had wonderful customer service from start to finish. I received immediate responses to my e-mailed questions about product and pricing. I was given order confirmation and delivery reminder notices. Set-up and Take-down were seamless and the delivery person was professional and friendly. Astro Jump truly made my party so easy. We rented the 60' Tropical 2 lane slide slip n splash for our twin 9 year old girls birthday party. All 20 children guests raved that it was the best birthday party they had ever been to, and were pleading with their parents to have Astro Jump for their next party. Most of the parents enjoyed the slide a few times too! The girls say they want Astro Jump for their party every year now. It beat a pony party hands down. The staff was fun and energetic to work with and they recently donated generously to our school action!

We reserved the 3-in-1 Crayon bounce house combo. It was perfect for my son's 3rd birthday. Perfect size for ages 1-6 years. Even some of the adults had fun! They arrived half hour early, and only took 10 mins to set up. The kids enjoyed every second of it. Pick up was on time and fast at breaking it down. Definitely reserving another one this June for my other son's 1st birthday!

The bounce house was a huge success for our family reunion at our house. We had about 20 little kids who just went nuts over it. Great pass time for the kids while grown ups got connected for reunion. The staff was wonderful in set up and take down. Highly recommend this company. Had them 2 years ago also.

The bouncy house we rented from Astro Jump was a huge hit during our son's 5th birthday party. Since Astro Jump is one of two authorized vendors for the Seattle Parks and Recreation, there was no need to fill out any additional paperwork, as they were already set up in the system. Pricing was reasonable, and setup and takedown was a breeze, since they did everything! I would definitely rent from them again!

These guys couldn't have been nicer! Full disclosure: I didn't rent a jumpy thing from them, I rented a hot dog steamer for my husband's 50th birthday. But they were super professional and considerate from start to finish. Alex arrived for the delivery a bit earlier than planned and I wasn't at the event space yet. He gave me a call to let me know he was there, and said it was absolutely no problem to wait a few minutes until I could get there. The steamer was clean and ready to go. Pickup the next day took place exactly when they said it would. Two thumbs up!
