• Do you deliver and set up?
  Absolutely! An ASTRO JUMP® driver will handle everything from delivery to setup, ensuring that each inflatable is clean, secure, and in perfect working condition well before your party begins. After the fun is over, they’ll return to take it down and pack everything up.

• Setup typically takes about 15-30 minutes per inflatable, with takedown requiring roughly the same amount of time. You can relax and enjoy your event while we take care of all the details!

• Additionally, Astro Jump of Sonoma County Guarantees early arrival - Your piece of mind is our biggest concern.

• Is there a deposit required to reserve ASTRO JUMP® equipment?

• No deposit required! Why? Because we believe in keeping events and parties as simple and stress-free as possible. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or check at the time of setup.

• Are you Insured?
  Yes. All of our ASTRO JUMP® offices are independently owned and operated. However, it is a requirement that all offices carry liability insurance policies. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent from ASTRO JUMP® are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact your local office for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an ASTRO JUMP® until the liability waiver is signed.

• Rain Policy & Weather Cancellations:

• We pride ourselves on being incredibly flexible. As part of our standard procedure, expect a confirmation call the Monday prior (or 5-6 days in advance). Ideally, the weather will be clear and promising by then. However, if things seem unpredictable, we're willing to push the decision until the last possible moment—whatever you're comfortable with. In the unfortunate event of 100% rain, we won't be able to proceed with the delivery. Rest assured, though, we want to deliver as much as you want the unit. Since we don't require any upfront payment (unless you prefer to pay with a credit card), you won't lose a dime. And if, by any chance, we have to cancel and you've paid with a credit card, you'll be promptly refunded, no questions asked

• How do I reserve my ASTRO JUMP® party?
  Simple! Just dial (707)-202-9590, or Request A Quote and one of our friendly event planners will reserve your equipment or package and gladly answer any questions you might have. You can always see all of our inflatable rentals at astrojump.com

• What kind of power is required?
  All inflatables require at least one (1) dedicated 110v electrical circuit in order to function properly. Larger inflatables might require more than one. Placement of the ASTRO JUMP® should be no more than 75 ft. from this dedicated circuit. If you would like to set up an inflatable at a park or place without a dedicated electrical circuit within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to bring a generator for an additional charge.  Generators are delivered with enough gasoline to last about 4-5 hours.  Read generator info below for additional details.

• What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
  The safest surface is a level grassy or concrete area. However, we can set up on anything other than mud or sand. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper ground covers and anchors for your event.

• How much room do I need to set up an ASTRO JUMP®?  

• When you call to reserve your ASTRO JUMP®, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting. Also, please check our website for "space needed" info on any piece of ASTRO JUMP® equipment.

• Are ASTRO JUMPS® safe?
  Yes. All of our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible and purchased through the leading inflatable manufacturers. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the ASTRO JUMP®. Instructions on safely operating your inflatable are on the rental agreement we provide to you on the day of your party and at the entrance of the inflatable. Most of our equipment is also covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

• Can I have my party at a park?
  Some ASTRO JUMP® equipment is great for some parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have an ASTRO JUMP® at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy.  Check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

• What about Generators or Gas Fans?
  These will be delivered with full tanks of gasoline which usually last about 4 hours. Note: Gasoline motors have hot exhaust so someone with experience should refuel these.  Turn off all blowers or food machines before turning off the generator.  Avoid spilling gasoline onto exhaust and do not allow children around this equipment.

• What if I have to cancel?       

• This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. However, we understand life and unforeseen circumstances do come up. We ask that you provide us with enough prior notice so we can adjust. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund, regardless of the amount of usage of the unit(s) and payment is due in full. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.  Payment for entertainers (face-painters, balloon sculptors, caricature artists, animal shows, clowns, disc jockeys, etc) is due in full at the time of booking and non-refundable.
