I have rented from Astro Jump twice in the last year and have had great experiences both times. Christian is very responsive and go above and beyond. He even remembered who I was the second time from my first rental. His crew is very friendly and professional. I have rented a bounce house (extremely clean), tables and chairs (like new), giant Connect Four (a big hit) and snow cone and cotton candy machine (provide supplies for both). There is also FREE delivery with set up and break down within a specific mile range. I will definitely continue to do business with Astro Jump. I am actually getting ready for another party in a few weeks.

I recently rented the 'Rip and Tide' water slide for a gathering of my grandchildren. This is the 2nd time I have rented water slide from Astro Jump and I will rent again. The professionalism from the first call, especially that a call is returned in a timely manner, as well as set-up to take-down was seamless. Excellent. Appreciate the willingness to adapt to time changes requested. Excellent.

We will definitely rent from Astro Jump again! This was the first time renting an inflatable and it was such a good decision. We rented the tropical water slide for my 2 year olds birthday party and everyone had a blast, tiny tots to adults! Christian was so great to work with, even after we had some weather issues! If you need a slide rental company I would highly recommend him!

This was the first time we had ever rented an inflatable and it was one of the best choices we made! Our daughters party was a neighborhood hit and couldn’t have made turning 6 any more fun! Christian was unbelievably helpful with answering questions, returning calls, and helping us make the right decisions. AstroJump was extremely accommodating since weather had put a wrench in our original plan and the change was incredibly smooth. We definitely recommend AstroJump and will use them again in the future!

Astro was incredible! The young men that delivered the products were so kind and did such an amazing job setting up the equipment for us! The kids had such an amazing time! Even the adults had fun! Astro Jump® is a great company to work with! Christian was personable, prompt on time, set up and pick up, and helpful during the process. The kids at our Celebrate Liberty community event really enjoyed the 30ft water slide and obstacle course. I will be sure to rent from them again for future events.

I was very impressed by the professionalism exhibited by Astro Jump of Knoxville. They were responsive and flexible. Because of weather I made a last minute change without issue. The setup and take-down was smooth and the quality of the equipment is very high. The kids (and many of the adults) had a blast. I will definitely use Astro Jump in the future.

Astrojump was awesome, and I have recommended it to all my friends. We had a Spider-Man bounce house for my son's birthday and the UT game, and the kids bounced and played for 8 hours. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

AWESOME PLACE. No complaints at all. We had a party for our kids and rented a bounce house, inflatable waterslide and snow cone machine. We also added a generator to run everything. Christian was very professional the entire time. He came and set up and arrived about 30 mins after the party was over to pack it all up. Great service and will definitely use Astro Jump for all future celebrations.

They were a pleasure to work with! They called a few days before to confirm the time which was great! They also called the day of and let us know they would be there in a few minutes and showed up right on schedule. Loved the communication! The slide was clean and so so fun! Everyone had a great time and they had the most reasonable prices around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! We will be using them in the future.

We rented the wet rainbow slide for 2 and 5 year old girls birthday party yesterday. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the entire process. From the ordering process to the delivery and pick up...it was great. Ms.Lisa is the friendliest, most KIND professional I think I have ever dealt with. The Delivery man called the day before the party as well as the morning of, to confirm the drop off time and of course he was, right on time! He was very thorough and FAST. The slide and equipment were very clean and put up properly. All of the children at the party had a blast. We had 2 year olds on the slide (with help of course, its a huge slide) all the way up to 17 year old kids and they all played on it for hours without losing interest. Worth every single penny. We will honestly be renting from them again next year and for years to come! So professional, punctual, Friendly and reliable. Literally cannot make a single complaint. These guys are the way to. Hello Ms. Lisa.. our little grandson had a great time at his Spongebob birthday party on yesterday…the delivery guy called early yesterday morning to give me an idea of what time he would be delivering the bounce house at our daughter's house. I wasn't there when he delivered or when he picked up but I just wanted to let you know I really appreciate his promptness and professionalism. We will definitely use your company again. As I mentioned we are having an event at our church this weekend and the person responsible for getting the bounces houses for that event has still not received confirmation from the bounce house owner he normally deals with.
