What if I have to cancel?
This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To cancel or reschedule for any reason INCLUDING weather issues, sufficient notice must be given – by noon the day prior to start of your event. Cancellation of event with less than sufficient notice forfeits entire deposit to cover the delivery/labor costs associated with your rental. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund, regardless of the amount of usage of the unit(s) and payment is due in full. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement. Payment for entertainers (face-painters, balloon sculptors, caricature artists, animal shows, clowns, disc jockeys, ect) is due in full at the time of booking and non-refundable.

In addition to our usual warehouse equipment scrubbing, we are now disinfecting upon delivery and again at pick-up to protect your family and our wonderful employees.
