Do You Deliver and Setup?
Absolutely! An ASTRO JUMP® courteous driver will deliver and set up each ASTRO JUMP® and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 15-30 minutes per piece, and take down is about the same.
This service is included in your rental cost FREE OF CHARGE!
What Kind of Power is Required?
ASTRO JUMPS® plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet/circuit we are utilizing. Placement of the ASTRO JUMP® should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up an ASTRO JUMP® at a park or a place without an electrical outlet within 100ft. No worries- we offer generator rentals!
Do You Supply Hoses or Water?
No. Astro Jump only supplies the misting hose which operates the water slides. Please supply a hose with the appropriate length to reach where you want to setup the water slide or dunk tank.
What Type of Surface Can an ASTRO JUMPS® Be Placed On?
Grass, Concrete, Asphalt, Indoor Gyms, Solid Floors, etc.
Inflatables cannot be setup on Sand, Wood Chips, Gravel, or Stones, at the bottom/top of a hill (unless it can be driven to), down/up stairs, through fences with gates with less than 4 feet wide.
Water Slides & Dunk Tanks need to be placed on a flat/level surface in order to operate properly.

Are ASTRO JUMPS® Safe?
Yes! Our ASTRO JUMPS® are constructed to be as safe as possible and every inflatable is inspected after every rental for damage.
As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the ASTRO JUMP®. Most of our equipment is covered for weather protection (direct sun & light rain) and they have netting to allow for great visibility and air circulation.
Are You Insured?
Yes. Please let us know if your organization needs to be added as additionally insured for your event.
Please note: All individuals and companies that rent from ASTRO JUMP® are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact your local office for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an ASTRO JUMP® until the liability waiver is signed.
Is there a deposit required to reserve ASTRO JUMP® equipment?
Yes. We require a $100 deposit for rentals less than $500. $200 deposit for rentals over $500 - $1,000, and a $300 deposit for rentals over $1,000.
Is My Deposit Refundable?
Yes. If you need to cancel for any reason please let us know as soon as possible OR at the time of the confirmation call. We will be more than happy to refund whatever you have paid OR you may reschedule (depending on equipment availability) free of charge.
After 8 p.m. the evening prior to your party, cancellations/rescheduling is not accepted and you are responsible for payment of the full amount.
Entertainers (face painters, balloon artists, etc.): are non-cancellable
How Do I Pay the Remaining Balance?
We will call the day prior to your event to confirm all details. You may either pay with a credit/debit card then OR you can pay in cash at the time of delivery. Organizations may pay with Business/Organization Checks at Delivery (no personal checks, please)
Can I Have My Party/Event at a Park/Public Space?
Yes, but please check with the park’s: 1. Rules/Regulations 2.Available Open Space at your Pavilion 3.Insurance Requirements

When Will My Equipment Be Delivered?
We will call you the day prior to your event to confirm all details and to setup a delivery time with you. If you need a specific delivery time, please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as possible.
