When to Reserve Inflatables and Games

Planning a spring carnival in Marin or San Francisco runs on a tight calendar. Schools compete for limited field space, vendor availability, and early-season weekends. A clear reservation timeline keeps the event smooth, safe, and fully stocked with the attractions students expect.

90–120 Days Out

Choose your date, confirm campus space, and reserve major attractions first. Large obstacle courses, premium combos, and interactive games book out early in both counties. This is also the time to request insurance documents and begin a rough layout.

60 Days Out

Build out the rest of the lineup: smaller inflatables, sports games, toddler pieces, concessions, generators, and tables. Share a draft site map with your rental provider so they can flag spacing, power, and access constraints.

30 Days Out
